The individual who intends to obtain a letter of invitation in favor of a foreigner must address his request to the Police Station of his place of residence, which will be the competent for its processing and issuance.

Once the request has been received by the competent agency for its processing, the latter will initiate its processing, appointing an instructor of the procedure, in order to resolve in the appropriate sense in relation to the same as soon as possible.

When the instructor of the procedure deems it pertinent, the applicant may be summoned for a personal interview in order to verify his identity, the validity of the documentation provided and the truthfulness of the information contained in the application. Failure to appear, except in cases of force majeure, within the established period, which may not exceed fifteen days, shall have the effect of considering the applicant withdrawn from the procedure.

The notification of the favorable resolution of the request for a Letter of Invitation shall be effective for the payment of the corresponding fee, under the terms provided for in the provisions in force. The payment of the fee must be made within one month of the aforementioned notification, and proof of payment must be provided when collecting the Letter of Invitation.

1.        Contactar con la Oficina de Extranjería en Murcia para obtener su resolución en la que se explique que su periodo inicial de estancia ha sido aprobado. Este trámite se realizará a través de internet y por teléfono de la siguiente forma:

Justificante del pago de la tasa Modelo 790 Código 012 (https://sede.policia.gob.es:38089/Tasa790_012/) del Ministerio del Interior. El ejemplar deberá estar correctamente impreso en su totalidad, no pudiendo realizarse en ningún caso impresiones en las que no aparezca la parte inferior del documento, con la anotación "Ejemplar para la Administración". El impreso puede descargarse de la página web de la Policía.

Una fotografía reciente en color de la cara del solicitante, tamaño 32x26 milímetros, con fondo blanco uniforme y liso, tomada de frente con la cabeza totalmente descubierta y sin gafas oscuras o cualquier otra prenda que pueda impedir o dificultar la identificación de la persona (La fotografía debe mostrar claramente el óvalo de la cara, que incluye cejas, ojos, nariz, boca y barbilla, y debe ser de alta resolución y en papel fotográfico de buena calidad).

Let's suppose that we have reached the previous case (not favorable decision) and we decide to file an appeal to try to get the residency anyway, in which case the status of our file will change to "under appeal", indicating that the administration is carrying out the pertinent procedures to study the appeal.

Formulario 030Skip information indexSolicitud de NIF de persona física sin NIF NIE no presencial Tras la declaración del estado de alarma por el RD 463/2020, se crea el servicio "Solicitud de NIF de persona física - sin DNI/NIE - no presencial" para tramitar, de forma no presencial la solicitud de asignación de un número de identificación fiscal (NIF) a aquellas personas físicas que, careciendo de documento nacional de identidad (DNI), si son españoles, o de número de identificación extranjero (NIE), si carecen de nacionalidad española, necesiten un NIF porque vayan a realizar operaciones en España. Este NIF asignado por la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria tendrá carácter transitorio hasta que obtengan un DNI o un NIE, que es concedido exclusivamente, en ambos casos, por el Ministerio del Interior.

Una vez descargado el modelo 030, antes de imprimirlo, deberá ser cumplimentado con los datos necesarios para solicitar el NIF por el titular o su representante.Pulse en "Cumplimentar Formulario" en la parte superior para rellenar los campos:apellidos y nombre y los siguientes apartados del modelo 030.
