EXPLANATORY VIDEO ART. 28 LAW OF CONTRACTS OF THE

ARTICLE 1 - Object. The purpose of this law is to establish the regulation regime of prepaid medicine companies, voluntary adhesion plans and the superior or complementary plans for greater services marketed by the Health Insurance Agents (ASS) contemplated in Laws 23.660 and 23.661. Cooperatives and mutual benefit societies, civil associations and foundations; and trade union social works are excluded.

ARTICLE 2 - Definition. For the purposes of the present law, Prepaid Medicine Companies are considered to be any individual or legal entity, whatever the type, legal figure and denomination they adopt whose purpose is to provide prevention, protection, treatment and rehabilitation of human health benefits to users, through a voluntary association modality by means of paid adhesion systems, either in their own effectors or through third parties linked or contracted for such purpose, either by individual or corporate contracting.

c) To determine the technical, financial solvency, management capacity and performance conditions, as well as the formal requirements to be met by the entities for their registration in the Register provided for in the preceding paragraph, guaranteeing free competition and access to the market, so as not to generate prejudice to the general economic interest;

Article 12 (Judicial challenge) Once the administrative remedies have been exhausted, the resolutions that resolve the hierarchical appeals may be challenged in the courts in accordance with the CPE and the law.

(Telecommunications and Transportation Oversight and Social Control Authority) The Telecommunications and Transportation Oversight and Social Control Authority shall oversee, control, supervise and regulate Telecommunications and Transportation activities in accordance with Law No. 1632 of July 5, 1995 on Telecommunications and its regulations; and Supreme Decrees No. 24178 of December 8, 1995 and No. 24753 of July 31, 1997, insofar as they do not contradict the provisions of the CPE.

(Powers of the Executive Director) In addition to the powers set forth in the specific sectorial regulations, the Executive Director of the Telecommunications and Transportation Oversight and Social Control Authority shall have the following powers:

Article 20°. - (Authority for the Oversight and Social Control of Drinking Water and Basic Sanitation) The Authority for the Oversight and Social Control of Drinking Water and Basic Sanitation oversees, controls, supervises and regulates the activities of Drinking Water and Basic Sanitation considering Law Nº 2066, of April 11, 2000 on the Provision and Use of Drinking Water and Sanitary Sewerage Services; Law Nº 2878, of October 8, 2004 on the Promotion and Support of the Irrigation Sector; and its regulations, insofar as they do not contradict the provisions of the CPE.

Hernando de Soto y su ejército pasaron por Gainesville en agosto de 1539 al comienzo de sus cuatro años de exploración de lo que hoy es el sudeste de los Estados Unidos. La tercera villa que visitaron fue Utinamocharra, a pesar de encontrarse en un denso conglomerado situado al este del lago Moon[18], en el límite noroeste de la actual Gainesville.
